1. About Us
Prestige Luxury VIP Travel Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides private chauffeur services across the UK, including airport transfers, weddings and events, and corporate travel. These Terms & Conditions govern any quote, enquiry, or booking made with us via our website, app, email, WhatsApp, or telephone.
2. Quotes & Bookings
All journeys are subject to availability. A quote provided by email, WhatsApp, or our app is an estimate until confirmed by us in writing. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged your journey details (pickup, drop-off, date, time, and passenger count) and confirmed pricing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Fares quoted are fixed at the point of confirmation and include the agreed route, unless waiting time, additional stops, or route changes are requested on the day, which may incur extra charges agreed with the driver or our team in advance where possible.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations
We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation charge, which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Waiting Time & Flight Delays
For airport pickups, we track flight arrivals where flight details are provided in advance, and a reasonable waiting period is included at no extra charge. Extended delays beyond the included waiting period may incur additional fees.
6. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Use
Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to end a journey without refund in cases of dangerous, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
7. Liability
We maintain appropriate public and employer liability insurance. We are not liable for delays or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or road closures.
8. Licensing
Prestige Luxury VIP Travel operates as a licensed private hire operator under Wolverhampton City Council.
9. Data Protection
Any personal information you share with us when requesting a quote or booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
